Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the “website”) and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).

◊ Best Available Rate
• Valid Credit Card details are required.
• No prepayment is required but credit card will be authorised.
• No cancellation fee if you cancel 48 hours prior to the date of arrival. If you cancel later or in case of no-show the full price of the first night will be charged.
• Changes in the reservation are allowed free of charge more than 48 hours prior to the date of arrival.
• Please note that the date of arrival starts at 0.00 am (CET).

◊ Prepay & Save Rate
• Valid Credit Card details are required.
• Price (room price only) will be charged on the day of reservation (including 5% city tax).
• Reservation is only confirmed if the full amount (room price only) can be charged on the credit card.
• No change of the reservation is allowed.
• When you cancel, no refund will be made.

◊ Important
• A signed authorisation letter along with the id copy of the credit card holder and a copy of the credit card (both sides copied) are required if you use or provide any other credit card details than your own. The letter must indicate that you give rights to the hotel to charge the credit card.
• The documents can be handed in at the reception on the day of arrival.

◊ About pre-authorisation
• Pre-authorisation is not a charge, it is a temporary hold. When you make a reservation, the hotel may pre-authorise your credit card. This means hotel will check if your credit card is indeed a valid, active credit card and whether the card has enough balance to cover at least the first night of your reservation. The hotel, however, will not proceed with the charge. It is just a temporary hold. The duration of the hold will vary, and your credit card company can advise how they handle this.

• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise your card, but this doesn’t mean this will occur with every booking. Don’t worry, if your card is pre-authorised, both the hotel and your credit card company is there to help you. They may also be able to assist you with removing these holds.

◊ Deposit
Upon arrival the hotel reserves the right to ask for a €50,00 deposit, cash only. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Group Reservation (5 rooms or more)
When booked 5 rooms or more, it will be considered as a group reservation. In this case hotel reserves the right to ask a prepayment as a guarantee of the reservation. The prepayment amount is 10% of the total reservation value, acceptable by bank transfer only. Credit card payment is not acceptable for guarantee of reservation. Hotel will contact the guest to follow group reservation procedure. Please note that such reservation will not be confirmed till the hotel receives the prepayment.

No-show Policy
• For standard rate reservation, the full amount of the first night will be charged
• For Hot-deal/non refundable reservation, if no communication is conducted of guest arriving later than actual arrival date, hotel is not obliged to keep the room on hold longer than the actual arrival date/night. However if guest(s) still show up on the next day without communicating to the hotel, hotel will still try its best to assist the guest but the hotel does not guarantee providing any accommodation. In such case hotel may follow overbooking procedure to assist the guest.
